Our client is one of Australia's leading and largest Financial Services Organizations that has expanded its operations beyond the Australian shores. The organization has a large range of financial offerings to both public and private clients across the retail, corporate and institutional banking areas. They have a very large technical footprint that combines a dynamic range of technologies in an ultimately complex landscape. Due to the launch of a program of work across continuous integration/delivery solutions my client requires a Senior Tester with expertise across Test Automation, Performance Testing and creating test cases and tools to test Continuous Integration/Delivery solutions.

THE ROLE

My client is looking for a Senior, Technical Test Analyst with Test Automation and Performance Testing to create testing solutions and tools to evaluate Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery solutions within a large, heterogeneous banking environment. You'll be a technically aligned (Non-functional) Tester with the ability to code in an actual OO language (not just VBScript), be a practitioner of Test Driven Development and have "hands on" skills with Continuous Integration technologies such as: Git, Stash, Jenkins/Hudson, Bamboo, SVN - Subversion, Chef/Puppet and a good grasp of DWH/ETL concepts and principals.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

- 6-8+ years' experience as a Test Analyst/Engineer specializing in Automation/Performance (essential).
- Experience testing an array of Continuous Integration tools/Continuous Delivery solutions (essential).
- Experience building tools for CI/CD solutions and TDD - Test Driven Development (essential).
- Experience with DWH/ETL Concepts, Principals, Solutions (essential).
- Experience with any/all: Git, Jenkins/Hudson, Bamboo, SVN - Subversion, Chef/Puppet.
- Be able to code in an OO language: C#, .Net, Python, Perl, Ruby, Groovy, Ivy etc.
- Experience with HP testing tool set: ALM, QTP, Quality Centre, LoadRunner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full working rights for Australia.
