Senior Test Analyst

Our client a leading Retail Bank is currently seeking a Senior Test Analyst with solid background in Debit/Credit Cards arena.

The successful applicant will have had prior experience gained within change Project delivery within a financial services environment.

Duties

- Attendance as part of requirement and design workshops in order to understand the proposed business solution and requirements it is intended to deliver.
- Produce and contribute to the overall Test Strategy and Test Plan for the project and be the reviewer of all testing documentation.
- Ensure there is a clearly defined testing approach  for their area of responsibility and ensure that this is aligned to the overall test strategy and test plan.
- Strong Stakeholder engagement  with an ability to provide regular status reports to both Test Manager and Project Manager   

Technical Skills Required

- Solid background in Debit/Credit Cards arena.
- Understanding of Project delivery life cycle and testing life cycle.
- ISEB ISTBQ Foundations & Intermediate Certificate in Software Testing and working toward practitioner level
- Knowledge of MS- Project - able to produce a deliverables based plan
- Proven experience of producing high quality Test strategy/Test Plans and provide input to Environment strategies 
- Prior experience of Testing Mobile Phone applications highly desirable
