Senior Test Analyst

A leading Financial Services giant in Sydney is in need of articulate Senior QA/Test Analysts to come on-board for an exciting 6 month contract.

There is a strong chance of contracts being renewed after this period and this would be a great opportunity for Senior QA's with the following experience:

- QA Testing of Client Server applications in a Windows environment.
- SQL experience (Sybase or Oracle).
- Experience with Mercury Quality Centre or similar tools - Understanding the navigation between functional areas within the tool. Ability to execute test cases and strong defect management.
- Proficiency with Automated test tools, QTP OR LOADRUNNER.
- Knowledge and experience in AGILE methodology.
- FINANCIAL INDUSTRY BACKGROUND, IN PARTICULAR REGISTRY, CUSTODY, FUND SERVICES OR FUND ADMINISTRATION.
- Hiportfolio experience is highly desirable.

Formal Qualifications:

- 7 or more years experience in Quality Assurance and Testing with 4 or more years in the Financial Sector.
- ISEB or ISTQB Testing Qualifications.

Behavioral Competencies:

- Excellent communicator who is able to converse effectively with all members of a Project Group.
- Ability to work automously and to successfully execute QA and end to end testing.
- Deadline driven and able to prioritize work to ensure all QA deliverables are met.
- Proactive attitude.
- Excellent Analytical skills.
