We are looking for a Senior Tenancy & Estate Services Manager to work on a 10-12 month contract for a Housing Association based in Weston Super Mare.

The organisation are a leading Housing Association in Somerset & the West of England, they provide services to over 23,000 people in 11,000 homes, and build around 300 homes a year.

An exciting contract opportunity has arisen for a Senior Tenancy & Estate Services Manager who will take responsibility for the delivery and continuous improvement of the tenancy & estate management services.

Key responsibilities include.

- Ensure our tenancies and estates are well managed and presented at all times in line with agreed standards.
- Lead on or be involved in the procurement and management of estate services contracts.
- Support and effectively manage staff to deliver the highest standards of performance and customer service.

Successful applicants will be able to display a track record of providing tenancy & estate services within a Housing Association or Local Authority setting, excellent team management and leadership skills and a commitment to providing a high level of customer service.

The role is a 10-12 month contract, working full time out of the organisations head office in Weston-Super-Mare. The role is paying £43,600 (rising to £48,500) + car allowance and other benefits.
