THE ROLE
The company is looking for someone experienced in RF parameters planning and optimization algorithm designing. The company is exploring the leading technology in rapid RF parameter optimization, to promote network performance and reduce network O&M costs. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Guiding the trends of automatic RF planning and optimization
-RF parameters planning and optimization algorithm designing to improve UL/DL coverage and capacity
-High performance coverage prediction algorithm designing
THE INDIVIDUAL
-MSC OR HIGHER DEGREE IN SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE, COMPUTER SCIENCE OR RELATED SUBJECTS
-R Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Africa and the USA and have recently provided solutions to candidates and clients in 34 different countries.
