Senior Technical Support Manager

6 months contract - London - Senior support technical analyst - £300 - £350pd

My client is seeking a candidate for the Sales support role forms part of an Operations function with appropriate reporting lines to the Capital Markets Primary Transaction Management team but is located on the trading floor.

You will be providing service between the customer and internal support functions and communicate with the client and internal departments.

Technical skills required are - - Summit
- Bloomberg TOMS
- OMGEO
- Advance microsoft package skills

Ideally we would like candidates to speak Spanish and have knowledge with fixed income products.

Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritise workflows, Providing support to management to ensure uplift in volumes are addressed and workflows managed accordingly and have the ability to deliver an accurate and timely serviceKnowledge of the processing and settlement cycles of Fixed Income products.

The role will sit in the Capital Markets Operation and youo will be expected to support trade allocation perspective in addition to any client support needs.
