For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced SENIOR TECHNICAL GENESYS INTEGRATION EXPERT (5195)
In this role, you act as a neutral technical instance to review setup besides the bank's Infrastructure and 3rd party vendor.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN GENESYS SOLUTION WITH A DEEP TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW
- EXPERT KNOWLEDGE IN HOW-TO INTEGRATE GENESYS INTO LARGE ENTERPRISE ENVIRONMENTS, INCLUDING INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS AS TELEPHONY SYSTEM REPLACEMENT
- An excellent analytical mindset to identifying problems and shortcomings considering future risk situations
- Able to communicate technical topics to various target audiences including non-technical business representatives and senior management
- FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure a neutral view of the current and target set up for the internal Multichannel Contact Center solution with Genesys Solution, the banks Telephony and third-party vendor
- Reduce knowledge dependency on a single 3rd party vendor
