Senior Technical Business Analyst in Credit Risk/Amsterdam

SENIOR TECHNICAL (DATABASE KNOWLEDGE, SQL QUERIES) CREDIT RISK BUSINESS ANALYST

Collects and analyses requirements and contributes to the specification of user, functional and technical requirements.

Documenting the functionalities according to the standards, updating the existing documentation with the implemented solution

Aligns with the architects to make sure the designed solution is in line with the architectural roadmap

Supporting the team in user acceptance testing and aligning with the stakeholders

Acting as the subject matter expert in his/her functional domain and provide training and support to the Support team and provide 3rd line support for users

Also acting as a linking pin between the stakeholders and the implementation team/domains

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

- Educated to Bachelor or Masters Level with strong Financial background, especially Banking field
- Minimal 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Risk domain, preferably within the Credit Risk domain
- Preference with experience on inhouse built Credit Risk system (Vortex)
- Experienced in working with regulatory requirements like Basel 2/3, Anacredit etc
- Ability to translate business (both functional and technical) requirements into solution design
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills is required
- Experience with data warehouse tools like Sybase or Oracle is preferred
- Technically strong with experience in Data analysis and querying is preferred
- Experienced in providing 3rd line support to user questions
- Strong Communication Skills and excellent team player
- Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum team is preferred
