Senior Technical Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a Senior Technical Accountant with experience of implementing accounting standards/financial accountings. The candidate must also be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified . You will be working for a high profile Financial Services organisation in Swindon who are looking to offer a 6 month contract

THE JOB:

Providing SME expertise to the IFRS 9 programme, as part of the Technical Accounting Team within the Finance division

Key Accountabilities include

- Producing technical papers, presentations and other documentation.
- Analysis and design of financial and management reporting (eg notes to the financial statements, business performance MI).
- SME input to accounting requirements and design of 'To Be' processes and systems.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Experience implementing accounting standards/financial accountings
- Commercial acumen
- Financial Services experience an advantage but not strictly necessary. Must have experience working on loarge projects/programmes however
