Senior Technical Account Manager

Tasks:

.Provide project leadership for the customer's major initiatives (This would include project management and solutions consulting)
. Manage cross-functional project teams in project qualification and delivery phases
. Design and develop innovative solutions to customer requirements and costing of those solutions
. Function as a front-line technical resource for informal customer questions

Experience:

- Experience in customer-facing positions as a professional services consultant, pre sales engineer or Infrastructure project manager

Skills:
- Experience with modern IT technologies, with emphasis on software

and hardware architecture, infrastructure and security design
- Experience in answering to large RFI/RFP, preferably in the

outsourcing area
-Strong analytical skills
-Strong understanding of strategic sales process
-Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing

client demands

Additional skills considered as an advantage:

-Linux System and/or Windows administration
-Network and Security design
-Data centre design, Business continuity management
-ITIL V3, PMP/Prince2 certifications

Essential inter-personal skills:

-Ability to learn fast
-Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in high-pressure environment
-Highly self-motivated, self directed and attentive to details
-Ability to work in a multi-cultural international team.
-Ability to interact and communicate with CIO-level personnel
-Excellent communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Fluent in English and German is essential.
