Position: Senior Tech Lead Customer Service
Duration: 3-6 months (extendable)
Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands

1. Specific Technology Skills:
a. SAP SD

2. Business Process knowledge:
e. Healthcare Customer Services and financial order closure' processes
3. Years of experience in role:
f. 5 year experience working CS/SPS processes in MP1 Kernel and general awareness of Legacy landscape tools for CS (ClickSchedule, Polaris, OneMobile, 1EMS etc.)
g. Demonstrable knowledge of customer service and spare parts logistics processes in a global company, with experience in varying requirements for tax, customs and legal for different regions/countries.
h. Deep expertise in resource related billing (DP90 & pricing procedures)
i. Demonstrable experience as lead functional consultant on global SAP projects blueprinting and rollout projects in a global company.
j. Demonstrable experience with documentation and IT quality mgt and ability to quickly adapt to a quality-assurance role. Demonstrable experience with SAP Solution Manager as a user/IT consultan.
