SR. TECHNICIAN HVAC needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in LEXINGTON, MA

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for the mechanical repairs of all HVAC related equipment for all HVAC systems.
- This includes but is not limited to all site critical HVAC systems; ie laboratories, office facilities, specialty labs
- The HVAC Mechanic is also responsible for performing preventive maintenance calibrations of all site HVAC systems Primary Activities
- Perform all HVAC maintenance work in a safe and efficient manner on all site HVAC systems per the details of each planned and scheduled work order.
- Provide appropriate Lockout/Tag-out for HVAC equipment if necessary.
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the work order process by insuring that time is entered into the maintenance management system by the end of each work day.
- Provide immediate HVAC related mechanical support to all areas.
- Insure appropriate mechanical response for all BAS alarms per SOP.
- Ensure all preventive maintenance procedures are adhered to and that all required paperwork is properly signed and filed according to site policy.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must have at least 3 years of experience as HVAC Mechanic
- Must be skilled in all aspects of HVAC, including theory of refrigeration, repair of pneumatic control systems, diagnosis and repair of systems that control the HVAC equipment throughout the site, operation and repair of the large tonnage chiller systems, as well as general maintenance of all of the site HVAC systems
