Senior Team Leader (Advocacy Team) Please note: If your application is successful you will be required to sign an addendum before you can start in the role. As a Senior Team Leader, youll have the opportunity to improve the client and customer journey by learning from complaints and influencing back into the wider Personal and Corporate Banking business. Youll also be providing support on transformation projects within the Advocacy Team, benefiting your colleagues and our customers. They look at products from the customers perspective, identifying any potential complaints that could arise before making the necessary changes. We always consider our customers when launching any new initiatives and evaluate if any proposed solution will be right for them. As a Senior Team Leader, your main responsibilities will involve:* Leading the team and ensuring everyone understands what is expected of them, how they are performing, and have appropriate resources, skills and knowledge* Owning the quality of customer outcomes for your team, and creating and updating a Quality Improvement Plan* Proactively developing the necessary knowledge and skills needed to achieve successful delivery through the team* Being perceived as a role model for leadership and collaboration and demonstrating a high level of confidence in your ability to manage and motivate your team* Providing feedback to all areas of the business to support other colleagues in delivering a fantastic customer experience, that our stakeholders see as best-in-class As a Senior Team Leader, your skills and qualifications will include:* Proven experience in a range of operational or customer service leadership roles* A background in an environment that has enabled you to gain a broad understanding of the financial services market, and a depth of knowledge of products, services and customers * Demonstrably high levels of operational performance and customer satisfaction, gained in a dynamic and changing business environment* Familiarity with best practice management, control, capacity planning and information systems, and how to exploit them* The interpersonal skills needed to deal effectively with their customers and colleagues The Benefits: Our customers deserve the best.
