SENIOR TALEO CONSULTANT - HOME BASED/HEMEL HEMPSTEAD

Our client, a market leader in providing specialist software, outsourcing and IT services to the human resources, local government, education and public safety markets, is looking for a Senior Taleo Consultant in Hemel Hempstead but can be home-based.

Act as The Consultancy's Oracle Taleo (Recruit/Learn/Performance Management) subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on customer processes

- Work with the NGA/client project manager to plan, follow and deliver in line with the project methodology
- Provide business consulting support to customers and facilitate pre-sales discovery meetings
- Lead process workshops and requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining relevant business processes
- Analyse business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions
- Document business requirements and procedures
- Oversee the User Acceptance process
- Support the implementation of the technical and functional workstreams
- Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs
- Complete implementation projects within SLA's and with high levels of customer success and satisfaction from the business process

As Senior Consultant you will also be called upon to help the consulting practice by assisting with the following: Business development activities, Proposals, Estimates and for providing subject matter expertise to support sales
