Senior Tableau Developer (Architect) Greenfield projects.
My client a global leader is in need of a talented and experienced Tableau Architect to join them on a contract basis of 6-12 Months.
My client is at the beginning of a large Business Intelligence programme of work and they have recently selected Tableau as the preferred method of MI reporting. They now need 3 resources (2 developers) and 1 architect to join the BI Team.
The Tableau Architect will be more hands Off than the developers, you will be required to set best Practices standards and champion thought leadership. You will be looking at build, QA, and process. Typically my client will see you as having 3-6 years + experience in Tableau development. You will also have experienced in Tableau Server administration and Tableau Shared Connection creation experience. My client is looking at both experience on desktop and Server Side so familiarity with Tableau on VMware. You will Platform Tune, Requirements gather, and mentor Tableau team while on site. It is Desirable but not essential if you have experience with Teradata SQL and Experience querying large datasets from Teradata, financial services experience is also nice to have but not essential.
