We are seeking a SENIOR TABLEAU DEVELOPER to provide leadership and guidance on all matters related to data visualizations and business intelligence. Day-to-day responsibility for designing, developing, and implementing Tableau reports and dashboards. He/she will contribute to roadmaps and standards for data visualization and business intelligence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Day-to-day responsibility for designing, developing, and implementing Tableau reports and dashboards
-Be a key contributor to the Data and Analytics roadmap as it pertains to the selection of visualization technologies, products, and platforms
-Be the day to day lead for the scalable data visualization capabilities of the overall team
-Independently drive and lead initiatives to implement reusable (best practice) architecture
-Help instill a culture of data creativity with the organization
-Evaluate the new/emerging BI, enterprise portal and data visualization vendor offerings and make recommendations considering overall corporate BI/advanced analytics strategy & roadmap, scalability and interoperability with the other layers in the architecture
-Communicate advances and trends in BI/advanced analytics architecture and innovative ways to apply them to improve our business. Interacts and consults with appropriate business analysts, project managers and developers to understand application/project requirements and define data visualizations to meet those requirements
-Set and maintain enterprise reporting methodology and standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Strong Tableau development experience
-Skilled experience in data migrations at an Enterprise Level
-Must have great communication skills!
-Strong Data Visualization development skills are required
