Our client is urgently searching for a strong Senior Systems Engineer with Infrastructure Management speaking French and Dutch to work on a critical project in Belgium.

A successful consultant will have over 4 years experience in:

- technical project lead or as a system engineer, preferably in several infrastructure areas
- You are strong in infrastructure management
- You have a sense of responsibility and a coordinating role, you are not afraid
- You are fluent, communicative and has the necessary powers of persuasion
- You think the processes and work analytically and synthesizing
- You keep track but it can also go into detail
- You are enthusiastic, dynamic and enterprising
- You're a team player
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English

The role will involve:

As a system engineer you will work within the department Communication and Collaboration platforms. That service is responsible for all possible forms of communication within the group (chat, instant messaging, end-user printing, text messaging, video conferencing and streaming platforms, social media, contact center, telephony, Mobile ...).

You make them for the management and further development of Communication- and collaboration applications. You realize projects within a variety of telecom technologies and solutions (eg. Cisco, ININ, Asterisk, presence, chat, voice mail, GSM, SIP, etc) that will be discussed within the infrastructure environment.
You create new infrastructure solutions and are actively involved in transforming the functional and non-functional requirements into technical infrastructure solutions that are part of our reference architecture.

You're as system engineer actively involved in the daily management (infrastructure life cycle management) infrastructure solutions that ensure continuous service to our users. For that you build in-depth knowledge in one or more domains of infrastructure.

You will work in project teams, working closely with the project manager, functional analysts, developers and IT solution architects. In addition, you work for operational aspects closely with our IT department in India that take up a large part of the daily management of the infrastructure. In addition to project and operational work you also take care of the infrastructure life cycle management of business applications that are assigned to you. You do that by setting the necessary roadmaps set in consultation with the business and technical infrastructure teams.
Different from your work as a system engineer can go through your experience, helicopter view and communication skills sufficient pull your plan as a technical project manager and fulfil your role of the SPOC for other teams. You forms as it were the liaison between functional analysts and technical experts.
