Senior Systems Engineer - Deployment (Brussels)

In TOPS (Technology, OperationsInformation Technology (IT) is
composed by ADM (Application Development & Management) and I&0 (Infrastructure & Operations.
Within I&O, the mission of the team 'Application Services (AS) is to support E2E Business applications in QA and Production environments and operates from
Brussels (BE), for Retail& Private banking and CPBB ( Corporate & Public Banking)
Within IT, 2nd line dedicated teams (Application Services teams) support the IT infrastructure of the related local Assets, Channels & Front End.
The team 'IT Application Services Local Channels is responsible for the IT operational support of the QA and Production environments and operates from
Brussels.

Function Description
Your mission will be to act as Deployment Specialist and Incident Solver
° Ensures that all deployments are carried out on schedule, are fully deployed, implemented and functioning in the operational environments .
° Communicates with all stakeholders regarding the progress of the deployment following the runbook.
° As incident solver :
- Incident resolution : as member of the CTI assignment group , he/she finds an implements solutions in order to solve incidents.
- Documents the resolution progress and the applied solutions.
- Investigate, analyze and document incident cause, and solution
- Evaluate with his ASPOC if incident has to be escalated to Incident Manager (IMod)

° You will also be involved in deployment and configuration of upgrade Genesys system. A strong Genesys 8.x knowledge is required

Experience
- You will be able to understand and execute technical runbooks (Genesys in Qa and Production).
- You have the technical skills to implement monitoring on components in CTI technology and specifically in Genesys 8 migrations including dynamic routing

strategy development

Technical Experience
Mandatory
- Good Knowledge Genesys Framework .
- Good understanding and good knowledge of IP Telephony, Networking, and Enterprise Application flows and protocols .
- Ability to analyze and solution architecture knowledge.
- Knowledge of different OS (Windows/Unix,Linux) .
- Tomcat, Oracle, IBM Websphere,

Preferable
- Experience in an operational IT environment in a large company is welcome.

Business Experience
Mandatory
- Minimum 5 years in telephony - CTI

Preferable
- ITIL knowledge
