Our clients are based in Hampshire and are looking for a Senior Systems Consultant to join there team.
The primary purpose of the Senior System Consultant is to take responsibility for the major software products critical to the delivery of company's goals and strategy, and to guide and support the business in its use throughout the product lifecycle.
Working alongside the business to develop new requirements and create a product vision that will support the overall company strategy.
You will build strong relationships with the business users and work closely with the suppliers of the software products to help shape the systems roadmap.
The Senior Systems Consultant will advise and guide the business on the best use of the features and capabilities of the software products, ensuring these are leveraged to the fullest possible extent to deliver business effectiveness and efficiency.

You will gain a thorough understanding of the business systems and departmental processes, to support the business users in process modelling and deliver organisational effectiveness through the use of the software products.
Challenging business assumptions to drive change in the organisation.

Development of detailed business requirements, which can be used by the delivery teams or suppliers to develop solutions that meet project objectives and realise the benefits identified.
You will also be interacting with the technical teams and product suppliers to ensure quality of delivery and that the defined service levels are achieved.
Experience
Experience as an IT Business Analyst or Consultant, working within a large diverse organisation
Experience as an IT Business Analyst or Consultant within the business function supported by the software.
Building relationships and working closely with the business to support their future needs
Requirements capture and documentation using structured methodologies (UML)
Software development and business process modelling
Working with external and internal suppliers of development services
Full exposure to all stages of the IT project lifecycle
