Job Title: Senior Systems and Network Administrator
Location: Thames Valley
Contract: 6 months
Rate: £200-250
Start: ASAP

My client, a public sector organistaion, is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Systems Network Administrator for a period of 6 months.

The Senior Systems and Network Administrator will be required to:

-Liaise with colleague's, Business Analyst's, Project Manager's and other departments delivering solutions.
-Participate and shape IT delivery of Business Systems, maintain, improve and provide 3rd line support.
-Monitor and manage capacity growth and respond to issues.

The successful Senior System Network Administrator will have previous relevant experience and/or an appropriate vocational or educational qualification, which enables them to demonstrate the following attributes:

- Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and 2008
- VMware 4 operation and administration
- Citrix 4.5 or above
- Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking
- SAN Technology - EMC VNX storage
- Ideally you will have one or more of the following certifications - MCITP, VCP, CCNA/CCNP and CCA
