Senior Systems Administration & Support

BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

My client, a multinational financial services corporation is looking to hire someone who will become a member of the IT team responsible for the provision and support of the IT infrastructure

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Key project member of Ireland's IT major infrastructure service delivery initiatives
- Support the provision of end user support to the companies associates and end user service delivery groups
- Support Windows, Macintosh, printers, Virtual Workspaces
- Blackberry provision and support (and other mobile support)
- PBX/phone/voicemail administration
- Local Area Network/port provisioning support
- Procurement and provision of computer hardware/software and support to new hires
- Vendor and Service Management

REQUIREMENTS:

- Third level degree in Computer/IT management or equivalent
- 10+ years of IT infrastructure and End-user customer support experience
- Program and project management experience of large cross enterprise service delivery programs
- ITIL an advantage
- Solid Apple & Microsoft experience and knowledge
- Extensive networking/IP expertise, including VLANs, Internet, VPN, etc.
