Senior System Engineer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Build cross-business relationships and act as the Subject Matter Expert for tubes and racks
- Maintain a list of qualified tubes, caps and racks with the compatibility to diagnostics instruments
- Maintain a set of relevant parameters that qualify tubes, caps and racks
- Share knowledge across systems related to qualified tubes and methods
- Align with the tube and rack specialists in the different business areas on the test methods, relevant parameters, naming convention and databases inter-operability
- Keep abreast of technology trends and market evolution and maintain technical communication with tube supliers
- Support development teams as well as service and sales teams on topics related to tubes and racks 

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor´s degree in mechanical or micro engineering or in a related field
- Professional experience in developing or testing invitro diagnostics instruments
- Analytical and structured approach (solution mindset)
- Ability to resolve conflicts, to lead by influence and be comfortable in a global matrix environment
- Experience in working within a regulated production development environment utilizing engineering best practices, including defect tracking, design reviews and appropriate testing
- Ability to do self-directed activities and work with minimal supervision in a collaborative environment
- Good communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
