- Management of a team of two or three developers
- University or polytechnic master in software engineering mandatory
- Strong experience in a similar position
- Capacity to analyze IT problematic and design of solutions
- Software architecture, server/client, n-tiers, SOA
- Database conception, MS SQL Server, Oracle (entity-relationship model)
- Strong development skills, code organization and methodology
- Strong knowledge of the Framework .NET
