Senior Symfony Software Engineer (Contract) - 5379

For an international leading professional firm in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge as a Senior Symfony Software Engineer (Contract).

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Designing and programming web applications using Symfony 2 and 3
- Technical consulting
- Responsibility for own projects and project streams
- Close collaboration with other team members, the team lead and the project manager

REQUIREMENTS

- University degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years' experience in OPEN SOURCE PHP FRAMEWORK SYMFONY2 OR SYMFONY3
- Proficiency in OOP, PHP7 AND RDBMS
- Knowledge with Linux, HTML5, ECMAScript6, CSS3
- Experience in developing and implementing software project
- Reliable, independent and a structured way of working
- Familiar with all common web standards
- Good communicator, with the ability to interact and influence across multiple levels of management and stakeholders
- Symfony certification desirable
- Fluent English is a MUST, German an advantage

CONTRACT DETAILS

- Daily rate: between CHF 700 - 900 (all-inclusive), depends on seniority
- Duration: 9 to 12 months
