For our end client based in The Hague we're looking for a Senior Supportability lead/  transition to support lead.

Project/Delivery Line Description
The Senior Supportability Lead is a key facilitation and delivery role within the Supportability Organisation. Through early involvement and pro-active stakeholder communication the Senior Supportability Lead ensures the transitioned supportability of project deliverables handed over into. The Senior Supportability Lead Plans, Initiate and Manages the Transition to Support work-stream as defined in the Project Delivery Framework on behalf of the project by applying the Supportability and Transition Management process and application of their knowledge to projects, to consistently deliver support requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Building effective relationships with PMO, Project Managers, Competence Centre
Managers and Delivery Vertical Managers.
2) Assuring that the projects follow best practice in assuring the supportability of the landscapes.
3) Formally escalating to Project or Competence Centre Managers, Operate Landscape Managers any issues and risks associated with a project's support deliverables or the S and completion of all
support deliverables, including support model design & implementation, knowledge transfer, support resources, service development and successful handover to support.
7) Ensures the project delivers what the department requires to support the new/enhanced landscape when it goes live.

This is achieved through:
- Planning the Transition to Support work stream, gaining agreement/commitment of the department to the activities, effort estimates and timescales and the projects commitment to deliver the dependencies of the Support work stream upon the other work streams in the project.
- Managing of the Transition to Support work stream, including regular progress reporting, identification and management of risks and issues and ensure impact of project scope and deliverables are continually assessed and managed through the project.
- Analysing stakeholders for the Support work stream, confirming signatories and co-ordinating all communications and activities related to the Support work stream.
- Ensuring supportability is considered and integrated into the project deliverables.
- Ensuring consistency of approach across portfolios for transitioning of projects.
- Translate business non-functional requirements into support and service provisions (Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators) using standard materials, support models and processes in conjunction with the IT/IM Manager, Operate Landscape Manager and Operate Delivery Manager to confirm common understanding by key stakeholders.
- Liaising between project and support teams to:
- Assure that plans and commitments are developed early during the project with all agreed support sign-offs obtained.
- Ensure the department delivery teams are ready to receive the project deliverables as per the plan
- Ensure the project deliverables meet the defined acceptance criteria

Technical Skills and Experience:
MANDATORY:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Project Management experience

International
Travel Required:     
None- Planning and monitoring/control skill essential
- Knowledge of implementation and/or support experience in applications support will be an advantage
- Practical knowledge of the Project Delivery Framework and Agile project approaches is an advantage

OPTIONAL:
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Support & Service Delivery Processes is desirable
