We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to work on an ongoing contract for a Housing Association based in Bristol

The organisation are a large provider of social and supported housing, hey operate a comprehensive housing support service covering the city of Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire.

The role is to take referrals from the Bristol Housing Support Register, complete an assessment of each individual and then refer them to the support service appropriate for their needs. You will all have a focus on supervising a drop-in service that offers advice and support to drop-ins making initial assessments and referrals where necessary.

Applicants will have a track record working within supported housing, be familiar with conducting assessments and referrals and be adept in giving accurate and supportive housing related advice.
