Senior Support/Support Analyst - Banking - London - Fixed Income

SENIOR SUPPORT ANALYST - LONDON - CONTRACT

These roles are specialised technical roles at an INVESTMENT BANK BASED IN LONDON, in this role you will provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Front Office Fixed Income applications and trading staff and then Implement changes in accordance with agreed Change Management requirements. An excellent level of customer service dealing with trading and sales staff is required - communication is key!

THIS IS A CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY PAYING 500+ PER DAY

You will be providing FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT for the users of the systems used by all internal clients in order to resolve & maintain all issues so experience working in a highly pressurised environment is preferred for this role. You will be ideal for the role if you have had extensive EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH IN THE FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT THAT IN AN INVESTMENT BANK, impeccable people skills to maintain vendor relationships as well as stake holders.
