Senior Supply Chain Analyst Job

SENIOR SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in MALVERN, PA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Pharmaceutical/Chemical Industry experience
- Procurement, production planning, operation management, purchasing and logisitics

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Serves as the functional subject matter expert and responsible person for the execution of all product specific supply chain activities in the external supply team, specifically Planning, Procurement, Logistics Readiness and Execution from contractor to contractor or contractor to DC.
- Serves as the functional subject matter expert and responsible person for the execution of all product specific supply chain activities in the external supply team, specifically Planning, Procurement, Logistics Readiness and Execution from contractor to contractor or contractor to DC.
- Monitors all supply chain for API (as applicable), bulk drug product and finished goods inventory and production at CMs for impact to meeting on-time delivery in full (schedule attainment, product availability, Line Item Fill Rate).
- Responsible to lead monthly Procurement Plan Review Meeting for assigned CMs to ensure concurrence with Firm Fence and Non-Binding recommendation/plan, purchase order review, Quota management/status and inventory management
- For any potential supply issue, develops multiple WHAT IF scenarios highlighting forecast, production/distribution plan, inventory and assumptions using company systems if available or Microsoft Excel.
- Implements recommended solutions as required to ensure consistent product supply.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum of seven (7) years relevant pharmaceutical industry experience in supply chain and manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience in production planning, operations management, purchasing, logistics, import/export, quality assurance and information technology
- Experience leading new product launch activities
- Experience in vendor management
- APICS certification is a plus.
