SENIOR STRATEGY ANALYST - NORTHAMPTON - £550PD - FINANCIAL SERVICES

A leading UK Bank requires a Senior Strategy Analyst to lead a key project based in Northampton.

You will be responsible for leading key projects within the Advocacy strategy agenda, ensuring that all aspects of the advocacy agenda are developed and optimised.

You will also deliver end to end strategic analysis projects, through definition, data collection option/hypothesis creation and testing, recommendation and agreement with the appropriate governance and engaging with the relevant stakeholders, functions and SME's.

Other responsibilities will include providing and coordinating industry analysis based on internal and external data sources, covering the behaviour of customers, regulators and customer advisory groups,

TO BE CONSIDERED YOU WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- KNOWLEDGE OF THE FCA/PRA REGULATORY FRAMEWORK RELATING TO COMPLAINTS
- KNOWLEDGE OF THE FINANCIAL SERVICES STRATEGY AND THE SUPPORTING BUSINESS PROCESSES
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE AND DELIVERY IN THE ANALYSIS, MANIPULATION AND INTERROGATION OF COMPLEX DATASETS TO PROVIDE USEFUL OPERATIONAL INSIGHT
- A STRONG COMPLIANCE, STRATEGY, FINANCE, MARKETING AND DATA ANALYSIS SKILL-SET
- EXCELLENT STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT SKILLS
