Senior Storage Engineer

A leading international assets management firm based in centralBostonurgently requires a Senior Storage Engineer to lead the maintenance of relevant technologies focused on Storage Management and some networking. The role will lead a task force trouble shooting team that will analyze the performance of the SAN and articulate the results to senior IT Managers.

Key Skills:

EMC Control Centre, EMC Storage Equipment: VMAX, VPLEX, Centerra, SAN Fabric

Netbackup, Netapp

SAN

Experience in Large server environments

Desirable:

Cisco

The role will involve making recommendations to improve reliability, scalability, performance and security based on analysis of the storage environment. The ability to be able to articulate and present recommendations and solutions to senior management is a must.
