Senior Storage Engineer

ABOUT THE COMPANY/POSITION:

This leader in technology requires a Senior Storage Engineer to join their SAN Storage team in Sydney. Offering a fantastic work environment and working in a talented team of different types of Storage professionals you will provide Storage Management Services across multiple Enterprise accounts. This will include assisting in the design, installation and highest level of technical support as well as guidance and direction for the products supported.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design, install and manage storage solutions
- Highest level of technical support across Storage Infrastructure
- Development of storage standards, procedures, policies and security
- Ensure integrity of supported environment
- Provide technical guidance in respect of product usage, techniques across functional areas
- Lead in the planning and implementation of SAN storage solutions

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Proven track record in the implementation and support of complex products.
- Broad Cross technology experience in different SAN Storage systems (EMC, HP, and Netapp)
- Expert experience in at least one of the below:
- EMC Symmetrix and EMC Clariion CX4-960
- HP EVA
- Netapp Nseries
- Experience in Enterprise environments across Unix, Windows and VMware
