Senior Staffing Specialist Job

SENIOR STAFFING SPECIALIST needed for a FULL TIME CONTRACT opportunity supporting Yoh RPO's client located in San Ramon, California.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Training, coaching, and mentoring other team members on staffing process and sharing Staffing expertise

Providing coverage for Team Leader or assisting the Team Leader with handling employee relations issues, ensuring proper work load allocation/distribution, and providing customer with metric reporting on daily volume & SLA tracking as well as process updates/roll-outs with follow up documentation (process maps and outlines)

Taking on additional projects, such as ownership of new staffing process roll outs, leadership of innovation teams, and execution of Yoh new hire training & orientation etc.

Providing support to other client businesses outside of our Center of Excellence (CoE) with the Staffing process

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE: Four-year degree in Management/Human Resources or HS Diploma with 5 Years of experience in a HR/Staffing related role

Minimum of 3 Years in a Customer Service Role and minimum of 1 year of staffing experience

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Positive attitude and approach with strong customer focus

Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Brassring/HireSystems

Familiarity with Staffing processes

Experience in cross-business support or interacting with high level managers
