MY DUTIES:
- Execution of sourcing strategies with the aim of developing and managing the sourcing implementation plans, negotiating contracts and transitioning to the business units
- Supplier relationship management, development and tracking of KPIs for spend categories, facilitating supplier-company business agreements and improving coherence
- Client engagement at the site of operation management levels to ensure sourcing activities are aligned with timely and organisational imperatives
- Category maintenance, contract lifecycle management, scanning the market for changes and managing any known or potential business impact
MY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, accounting or related field
- Experience in project management and contract negotiation
- Experience in a client-facing or customer service role (consulting, supply chain)
- Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of facilities and maintenance business
