SENIOR SOURCING AND VENDOR MANAGER EXPERT - FRENCH OR DUTCH SPEAKER

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

You will be part of Information Technology Services.  As part of  the drive organisation - planning management of domestic products (including Securities, Lending, private banking)

YOUR MAIN OBJECTIVES

-       consistent vendor management approach
-       Adequate contract follow-up
-       Optimize quality/coverage of delivered services 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-       Supports the Sourcing & Partner/Vendor Manager in activities from Selection to

Contract Management
-       Monitors delivery of goods & matches to acceptance criteria
-       Manages contract obligations & ensures price compliance
-       Performs contract performance measurements & reports on contract status, usage & performance
-       Constantly compares with the business case for outsourcing contracts
-       Coaches project managers & service delivery managers in their sourcing tasks when needed

YOUR PROFILE

Knowledge and experience

-  You have a university degree or equivalent
-  You have a sound experience in areas: procurement & vendor management
-  You speak  English fluently. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is considered an asset

-  You have strong communication skills (writing & speaking) & negotiation skills
-  You have sound problem analysis and judgment skills
