SENIOR SOLUTION MANAGER - WIRELESS NETWORK PRODUCT - VIENNA, AUSTRIA

1X SENIOR SOLUTION MANAGER - WIRELESS NETWORK PRODUCT - VIENNA, AUSTRIA is needed in, Austria (Vienna) for one of our clients, a prestigious international Telecommunications company. Eligibility to work in Austria and fluent German and English language skills are a prerequisite for an application.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Pre sale support including wireless network/PS core technical solution, dimension, highlights proposal etc.
- Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key service provider accounts.
- Collect and Analyse all marketing information. Enhance customer relationships.
- Manage product related activities and coordinate between Huawei and our service provider accounts. Promote GSM, UMTS and
- LTE solutions to defined customers.
- Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
- Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure that these
- requirements are implemented in the products.
- Identify, quantify, and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy

REQUIREMENTS:

- Good knowledge in the fields of Mobile system such as GSM, UMTS or LTE technology or PS Core.
- At least 10 years work experiences on Wireless domain or technical sales domain.
- Fluent in both English and German
- Requirement understanding and solution design capability:
- Deeply understand customers' business and network requirements;
- Take charge of cross-product solution design, and make sure the solution is competitive technically and commercially;
- Assess project delivery and commercial risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Capability to communicate with and influence customers:
- Establish good and stable relationships and communication channels with customers;
- Take on tasks including technical alignment, communication, clarification, and negotiation with customers. Gain great trust
- from customers, and be one that customers consult with;
- Marketing project operations capability:
- Explore lead information from multiple channels and have successfully transformed leads to opportunities;
- Act as a sales project solution owner and successfully operate projects;
- Market planning capability:
- Take charge of the formulation of comprehensive and accurate market plans for a product domain, which effectively guide
- solution selling activities.
