1X SENIOR SOLUTION MANAGER - CARRIER SOFTWARE & CORE NETWORK is needed in, Austria (Vienna) for one of our clients, a prestigious international Telecommunications company. Eligibility to work in Austria and fluent German and English language skills are a prerequisite for an application.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pre sale support including quote, network design, proposal, pre-sale testing support etc.
- Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key service provider accounts.
- Collect and analyze all marketing information.
- Create, maintain, and enhance relationship with key technical customer.
- Manage all activities and coordinate between Huawei and our service provider accounts. Promote full range of Huawei
- Technologies solutions to defined customers. Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
- Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products.
- Identify, quantify, and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge in the field of Carrier software and Core Network, including BSS,IPTV,VAS,IT including storage & server At least 10 years of working experience of Carrier software and Core network in telecommunication field
- Fluent in both English and German;
- Requirement understanding and solution design capability:
- Deeply understand customers' business and network requirements;
- Take charge of cross-product solution design, and make sure the solution is competitive technically and commercially;
- Assess project delivery and commercial risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Capability to communicate with and influence customers:
- Establish good and stable relationships and communication channels with customers;
- Take on tasks including technical alignment, communication, clarification, and negotiation with customers.
- Gain great trust from customers, and be one that customers consult with;
- Marketing project operations capability:
- Explore lead information from multiple channels and have successfully transformed leads to opportunities;
- Act as a sales project solution owner and successfully operate projects
- Market planning capability:
- Take charge of the formulation of comprehensive and accurate market plans for a product domain, which effectively guide solution selling activities.
