SENIOR SOLUTION ARCHITECTS 

You are probably working for a large consultancy and engaged in large scale transformation programmes. With great client relationship management skills, you will have managed, from inception through scoping, design, planning, and implementation of several large scale transformation programmes.

You need

To have architected end to end core    

To have led teams of various skill sets,

To be very credible with senior management in FTSE 100 companies

To be a technologist in your heart and a management consultant in your head

Experience of qualifying opportunities, pre-sales and delivery

From a technology perspective, essential experience includes

WebSphere, Data integration, ESB, SOA.   

Any experience of IBM ISW (banking framework) is very useful.  You will be setting guidelines and policies for ISW.

This is not a hands-on delivery role, you will be consulting and leading engagements.

You need to be a Senior Solution Architect with good experience in

- Architecture processes
- Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development
- Innovation
- Reference Architecture Development & Maintenance
- Standards Development & Maintenance
- Technology Portfolio Rationalization
- Architecture Governance
- Project Architecture Support
- Application design  Data design,  Integration design
- Knowledge of EA frameworks and methods, eg. Zachman, TOGAF, FEA, DODAF
