Senior Solution Architect

For our client in Zurich we are looking for a

Senior Solution Architect

Your responsibilities:
- Development of solution concepts for the "Derivates Regulatory Reporting Target State Architecture"
- Develop the architectural designs for all work streams
- Oversee and actively contribute in the development of the Solution Architecture Documents (SAD) for all projects
- Supporting of the Business Analysts and Developers in the design and implementation phase of the projects
- Coordination with other solution and domain architects and central architecture
- functional architecture lead to coordinate software development team and coordination/collaboration with other peer architects (architects of the connected applications, program architect, central and domain architecture)
- expert knowledge in software development (database architecture, integration architecture with web services and MQ, XML, etc.)
- expert knowledge and practical experience in professional software documentation (Software Architecture Documentation)
- close collaboration with other roles (requirements engineer, requirements engineer, project management, testing, business responsible, etc.)
- practical experience in development of realizable detail software architecture, based on the requirements specifications
- responsible for delivery of the software architecture artifacts

As the ideal candidate you have the following qualifications and experience:
- Understand and help shape clients requirements
- Plan and conduct code reviews, and incorporate lessons into work practices
- Contribute to the development of technical standards and procedures at the application level and beyond
- Lead the development of design and architectural documents
- Plan and conduct in design reviews, and incorporate lessons into work practices at the application level
- Support the central architects in developing architectural strategies
- Ensure projects align with the business and IT strategies of supported organizations
- Contribute to the development of standards in areas of domain expertise
