Senior Software Systems Engineer

AVERAGE YEARLY COMPENSATION: $60,933 to $88,982

BASED ON SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- This application allows network engineering teams to monitor the health of the network, IMS core and take corrective action as quickly as possible.
- Application architecture:
- Front End: HTML5, JQuery, Javascript, CSS3, Highcharts
- Backend: Oracle 11G database, Tomcat/Apache, JSON, JSP
- Improve the customer experience through product innovations, site enhancements and initiatives

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- BACHELOR\'S DEGREE
- 5+ years experience with SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
- 3+ years experience DEVELOPING WITH WEB TECHNOLOGIES
- 2+ Experience developing on LINUX
- Previous working experience with:
- Java
- JSP
- HTML5
- JQUERY
- JAVASCRIPT/CSS3
- Apache/Tomcat
- Perl
- JSON
- web-services
- Experience with end-to-end application development (development, Back End and test)
- Understanding of the Front End and middle-tier is a must
- Experience with relational databases
- Experience using source code control systems
- Must be responsive, flexible, and able to quickly produce bug fixes and enhancements with limited supervision
- Excellent written, analytical and communications skills

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

- Experience with Oracle 10/11 preferred
- Experience with Clearcase preferred
- Work history with GWT and Highcharts
