Role: Senior Software (Java) Engineer
Rate: €400 - €420
Location: Dublin
Duration: 6 months (with view for extension)
I have a Senior Software Engineering position available on a contract basis working in a technology company based in the financial services space. This role would see the successful candidate be responsible for translating business requirements provided by Business Analysts and System Analysts into detailed technical deliverable by implementing the best strategy to ensure the design meets performance, security, usability, reliability and scalability requirements.

Technical Skills:
o 5+ years' web application development experience in Java/J2EE
o Extensive experience working with Spring Framework, XML, SOAP/REST, JUNIT and Struts
o Experience with Maven, Jenkins and continuous integration
o Good understanding of UI components for the web in HTML, CSS and Javascript
