The purpose of this role is to research, design, implement and maintain software systems to meet internal / external client expectation.

Core Responsibilities:

*Design and implement web and windows services in accordance with supplied technical specifications, standards and industry best practices to project deadlines
*Provide appropriate documentation for program coding by following a standard coding pattern.
*Create test specification and test case which follows industry standards and testing practices.
*Keep updated with the latest versions of the application software development tools, techniques and practices. Research and develop new ideas in application development.
*Train the users on the new and existing systems and provide assistance in using the applications.
*Design and modify existing architect without breaking any other related systems.

Key Skills and Required experience:

*Experience in engineering web services using C#, WCF and has practical knowledge of SOA, worked extensively with XML, XSL and XSD.
*Experience in engineering .NET windows services (using sockets, multi-threading, and .NET remoting) and distributed application development
*Experience in MS CRM 3.0/ 2011 customization and development using MS CRM SDK.
*Experience and knowledge of performance optimisation, both in C# and SQL Server (including caching, query optimisation, robust class design).
*Strong hands-on Microsoft SQL Server skills + SSRSability to convey ideas and solutions to both business and IT teams.
*Must be highly detail/process-oriented with a strong focus on well-documented, high-quality code

Qualifications:

*BS (CS), MS (CS)
*7+ years' experience in software development roles
*Experience in enterprise application architectures and software deployment
*A certification in Microsoft .Net technologies will be a plus.
