Senior Software Developer in Model Driven Development

MODEL DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT AND ARCHITECTURE, SOFTWARE, DEVELOPER, ECLIPSE, ECORE, MODELLING, PROTOTYPES, JAVA, XML, XMI

ECRM EURO are looking for 4X SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS for an RandD center on a contract basis to be based in Ireland

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Guiding software development of a research project and technology project, including working with external development partners and internal engineers;
Rapid Development and design on JAVA based Server Side software to prove the concept of prototypes
Supporting the implementation of model-driven architecture (MDA), demonstration of designs by model experts and domain experts (JAVA programming).
Ability to take general direction from lead architect, but more importantly be able to work in an efficient and independent manner.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

B.Sc./M.Sc.in computer science, engineering science, software engineering or similar relevant discipline; with a minimum 5 years of practical software development experience;
Demonstrated experience in developing Eclipse Model Framework and Ecore technologies, modelling engineering;
In-depth understanding of the specification, design, documentation, coding, testing and release of commercial software;
Demonstrated experience on Server Side development;
Demonstrated experience in building prototypes;
Fluent in multiple programming languages, including JAVA, Experience in developing models with Eclipse environment using Ecore, XML, XMI.
A deep understanding of Object Oriented Design in software systems and MDA ( model-driven architecture )
