For our client, an international bank based in Switzerland, Swisslinx are looking for a Senior Software Developer e-Tools pricing to work on a project in Zurich.
They are looking for the ideal candidate to start ASAP until 31st of December 2016.
The developer will work on tools and applications to support the trading desks of the bank.
He/She will design, implement and test based on the requirements of the trading teams. For the clients tools and
applications, the team will provide 3rd level support and user training.
In order to be considered you will possess the following skills:
- The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in Object-oriented Programming
- Hands-on experience in Java and related utilities/libraries, Spring Framework, Maven, Eclipse, Visual C++, QT
- Messaging between services using JSON and Thrift on ActiveMQ and MQ
- Experience in modelling relational databases, Oracle, Hibernate, JBDC
- Good understanding of financial products, eg Options, Derivatives, and of market data
- Experience in implementing complex mathematical algorithms
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
