JOB TITLE: Senior Software Developer (Automation, Java, PHP and Python)

LOCATION: Amsterdam

RATE - €55 - €70 per hour

CONTRACT LENGTH: 6 month contract

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to work for one of our dynamic clients, you will be responsible for defining, developing, executing and maintaining automated test software. This is a Software Developer/Software Engineer position - not a testing position. Our client sits within the Digital TV sector therefore a knowledge of DVB/MPEG is required.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- 3+ years hands on experience with WINDOWS AND LINUX, JAVA, PHP, MYSQL AND MS WEB TECHNOLOGIES
- Understanding of DVB/MPEG
- Experience of working with AUTOMATED test tools.
- Experience with a Scripting language such as PYTHON
- Good experience with SQL server.
- Familiarity with web technologies, web services and browser-based software such as JSON/JSONP, SOAP/XML, JQUERY ECT
