Senior Software Automation Tester

My Dublin based client has an immediate requirement for a skilled Automation Tester. We are looking for someone to come in and Setup an automation test environment to work with my clients Web and Java based Client Server system

- Automate the execution of regression, integration, system and performance test according to test specifications. Analyze and report on results obtained
- Configure test beds to run automated tests where required
- Interact with Engineering and Support teams to create and maintain a quality product
- Ability to guide and motivate junior team members

APPLICANTS SHOULD HAVE:

- Minimum of 3 years experience of Automation testing
- Experience creating frameworks for automation
- Experience in automation testing of Angular based web pages, Web Services

(RESTful) and Application Services

- Experience in automation using Selenium and Arquillian
- Excellent Scripting skills using Python, Jython, Perl, TCL, Shell, PHP
- Experience in integrating with a build environment using Maven and Jenkins
- Database experience using Sql and NoSQL, in particular PostgresSQL and

MongoDB

- Experience of working in an Agile environment is a plus
- Experience with virtualization technologies is a distinct advantage
- Full QA Lifecycle knowledge
- Methodical and analytical approach to testing with attention to detail a must
- Good understanding of Network and Telecom Protocols
- Good understanding of Linux & Windows
