Expert in Microsoft contracting and licensing (desktop-, server- and R&D products)
Expert in Flexera FNMP (this is the tool we use for Software Asset Management)
Understanding of datacenter and server implementations (virtualization, clustering)
Job Summary:
Onboard Microsoft products in Flexera (Server Products, Visual Studio, Office 365 E1/E3) and maintain (reconciliation and monthly compliance reports).
Important member of MDT for contracting and contract renewals:
Microsoft contract renewals and true-up/true-down
Investigate in ISV contract for Visual Studio (engage with R&D community)
2nd line support to the License Desk on any question related to Microsoft that the License Desk cannot solve. Often alignment with Business/project needed to understand requests.
