Senior Servicenow Solution Architect

My client is a global IT consultancy, looking for Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect on a 3 month contract in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for leading a medium to enterprise scale project/solution on behalf of an end user in relation to the toolset.

Desired skills include:

-4 year of ServiceNow experience (implementing, integrating and configuring)
- Expertise in service design, transition and operations processes
- Participate in requirements gathering, design and implementation of service management capabilities
- Broad technology knowledge and the ability to architect a solution by mapping requirements to an end-to-end technology solution
- Experience as a team lead or project manager
- Knowledge of HP BSM (Business Service Management)
- Advises on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture
- ServiceNow System Administrator/Implementation Specialist Certified
- ITIL Certified
