SENIOR SERVICENOW ARCHITECT

BRINE SA is currently looking for a Senior ServiceNow Architect for our Client in Basel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pharma know-how required!

Define the architecture of key IT service management processes, supporting a team of internals in the analysis and conceptual design phase
-

Provide senior subject matter and technical expertise as well as coaching to the technical team in charge of the build of the new IT Service Management processes on Service Now
-

Provide best practices and advisory to support the internal team in making the required design decisions on the set up of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
-

Define the governance model for the future operations of the CMDB in order to overcome the current challenges; bring in external best practices of similarly sized companies
-

Manage senior stakeholders (CIO-1)
-

Provide senior advisory on Service Now tool features in the area of ITSM processes and CMDB design

SKILLS

- Highly experienced and skilled ServiceNow Architect which successfully performed similar role in multiple major ServiceNow delivery projects in major, complex multinational companies
- Team work and team motivation in a challenging IT environment
- High affinity to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
- Ability to deal with variable workload
- Able to maintain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders in scientific, development and operations communities
