Senior Servicenow Architect (Contract)

For an international institution in Basel we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge:

SENIOR SERVICENOW ARCHITECT (CONTRACT) - 5725

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Supporting ServiceNow implementations and the internal team in making the required design decisions on the set up of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Coaching the technical team in charge of the build of the new IT Service Management processes on ServiceNow
- Manage stakeholders
- Providing senior advisory on ServiceNow tool features in the area of ITSM processes and CMDB design

REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ YEARS of experience as a SERVICENOW ARCHITECT
- Master in Computer Science or Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of SERVICE NOW ITSM
- Affinity to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Fluent ENGLISH is a MUST
