On behalf of a major Pharma client we are urgently looking for an Senior Service Manager - IT Security assessment for a challenging role till 31.12.2013 in Basel (Switzerland).
Project focus: Manage and coordinate 3rd party suppliers for newly created IT Security Assessment Services. You will coordinate these assessments with internal Business (IT) Customers of our client, under governance of Group "Information processes & defining framework to structure IT-related activities and interactions of IT technical personnel with business customers/users.
Main duties:
- Manage & coordinate computer operations activity to ensure rapid, accurate, and efficient data processing of workload
- Plan and develop policies & procedures for carrying out computer operations
- Build systems capability that reflects the highest state of technical sophistication consistent with the needs and budget
Required skills:
- Service Management expertise in IT Security area is a must
- experience with Governance framework, reportings to stakeholders - min. 3 years
- experience with Process Management - min. 8 years
- ITIL experience - min. 8 years, cerificate is welcome
- experience with IT Security and IT Security Assessment - min. 2 years
- fluent English, any other language is welcome.
Project details:
- Start: ASAP in February 2013
- End: 31.12.2013
- Work place: Basel, 100% (40 hours per week), no remote or home-work option.
